No, you do not. You can order products both as a guest and as a registered customer. However, if you also want to shop at our online store in the future, we recommend creating an account. A personal account will allow you to see the history of your purchases, as well as view and edit your contact information. You can also finalise orders easier and quicker due to pre-filled address fields.
If you have noticed a mistake in your order, you can change your order right after placing it. You can do so by calling our customer service number at +372 5577 886 or sending us letter at info@burningart.ee.
Parcel machine If you make a purchase before 15:00, the parcel will be delivered to the selected parcel machine the next working day.
Post office If you make a purchase before 15:00, the parcel will be delivered to the selected Omniva post office the next day.
Courier service The parcel will be delivered to your doorstep the next day.
